SN illegal?

Does anyone know if buying SN is illegal and can lead to one ending up interrogated by police? I live in an EU country. Sorry if the question has been asked before. Thank you!

As far as I know, it's not illegal, but any online store is selling only to companies where you need to be registered and approved.

I'm also from an EU country, desperately looking for SN or N but seems none are found.

I saved a copy of that guide so I can follow it in the near future. I don't remember how long it takes for it to work, but I don't think it was very long. I'll probably look at it again as a reminder.
