Help SN hazardous materials designation

I found a website in the US that seems to ship SN to residential addresses. The thing that gives me pause is this disclaimer at checkout:

This item is subject to a surcharge because it is a hazardous material, as classified by the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT). This fee covers the special handling and documentation required to ensure your order is shipped safely and in full compliance with all regulations. For details, please contact us.

I have to send it to a PO Box or UPS mailbox because I live with parents and they have eyes on me. I just wonder if the box is going to show up at UPS with hazardous material label and they are gonna be like wtf. I also live in one of the states with a ban on >10% purity if that matters.

What do yall think? Safer to buy from Mic?

Since there's a ban in your state I'm pretty sure it'll get seized by customs unless they agree to mislabel it. On MiC it was pretty fast to find a seller willing to do that, which should also mean no hazardous sticker on the box.
