Help SN from SD status

I placed an order on SD last week and got a confirmation email saying they'd let me know when it's on the way.

I haven't received a single email or heard anything from them since then. I know SD is no longer selling SN, but I don't know if that will affect my current order. They haven't sent me a cancellation email.

Has anyone had their order cancelled after SD took down the SN product page? Or for anyone who received it, did they get any further emails before it arrived or not? I'm just a little confused about the status of my order

I wouldn't worry because I ordered from them right before they took it down and a couple days ago they shipped it out. I emailed them about it asking the same question and that prompted them to ship it out. So, email them

I ordered two weeks ago and it still says it's awaiting shipment. For those who got it, how long did it take for your shipping status to change? I emailed them a couple of days ago as well.

Ugh I am going to be so upset with myself if it turns out I was just barely too late. I'm already looking at lists of other chemical suppliers but it seems unlikely I'll find anything that will sell to individual addresses.

Update: After emailing them yesterday I got an email today saying my order has been refunded. I guess they've stopped it entirely

That is a bummer to hear but thank you for reporting. I'll post here when I get a response from them too. I found a thread about how to be counted as a business customer so I'm going to try that with some of the sources that sell to businesses.

No response yet, so I've reached out to them again. Haven't received any word of a refund or cancellation either.

I did I chargeback in my bank. This website is a fucking scam, I've been waiting weeks with no tracking number or confirmation or anything. DO NOT BUY from SD.
