• Hey Guest,

We wanted to share a quick update with the community.

Our public expense ledger is now live, allowing anyone to see how donations are used to support the ongoing operation of the site.

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

I am going for ctb by sn...and just wanted to know what kind of pain I need to go through...let it be extreme or nothing...I have heard people passing out peacefully and some facing a lot of pain.
Just wanted to be prepared mentally.

Hello, normally people might feel a slight discomfort but not an excruciating pain.
The most likely thing to have because of SN is a headache - that is why painkillers are recommended.
Honestly, I cannot believe that changing your blood "structure" may cause you a lot of pain so I think the stories about severe pain is a fake.
If this method would be very painful, nobody would include it in PePH and it would not be so popular.
