The point of the chart is to let you know the appropriate amount of grams and mls for your body weight.
This is to prevent you from taking too much SN or drinking too much water, which could increase the chances of vomiting.
20g is lethal at your weight if you can keep it down.
Genuine question for you or for anyone else...
Do you think it really matters if it's 20 or 25 grams based on all the variables such as metabolism etc and therefore would it not make more sense to simply take 25 grams because if you were to vomit anything you could always have backup SN as opposed to not taking enough in the first place?
Also the thing about having backup SN of the same amount seems all a little random to me because how would you know how much you have vomitted assuming that the purpose of the backup is to replace what has been vomitted?
Everything seems a little random to me.
I am prob closer to 55kg than 60kg and my intention is to down 25 grams SN just to make sure.
I guess my question is is it better to take a little too much SN than not enough?
