SN degrading

Hey, do you guys realistically know how fast Sn degrades?,
I opened it like 1 o 2 months ago

I read one one site that the half life for converting to sodiumk nitrate- the time it takes to convert half of it- is about eighty days, but I haven't been ab le to confirm this elsewhere, so I don't know how accurate this is.

I got one recently, on the jar it says that it can be kept for 4 years after opening (photo)
after that it must depend on the storage conditions

yeah on my package it also says that it is usable within 4 years after opening
