police welfare checked and didn't believe my story about having already disposed of it. they got an emergency warrant to search my flat and then got a further warrant to seize my SN. just escaped the crisis team after being under them for 3 weeks. think i put on enough of a show to convince them i don't still intend on CTB when i get the chance. now just a game of trying to find a method that i know can can overcome my SI with. i've tried FSH many times, and i can't bring myself to do it. now back to the old trusted 'lets find somewhere to jump'. but realising i might need to travel to a different city to do it. its barriers galore where i live, or stupid tiny roadbridges that might sprain my ankle at the very worst.

a setback, but not the end of the story.
