SN combined with other method

Are there any particular medications/other methods that might be especially helpful in increasing the lethality of SN? For example, a potentiator if possible.

I'm also wondering whether firearms might be another good option. Take SN --> firearm --> even if somehow discovered while alive, medics will be paying attention to the wound? SN would probably be way too obvious though given you turn blue.

acid reducers/PPI's don't do anything to make it more potent, it just makes the process slightly more peaceful.

I thought part of sn reacts with hcl in the stomach and so if you use acid reducers they are the ones that react with that hcl leaving all the sn

possibly but i don't think it matters much. you are taking a dose far higher than the ld50. You will die, unless you are found earlier/call for help. it is not a substance to mess around with.

You don't "turn blue". At most some parts of your body experience some discoloration.

Hmm, I thought I read a medical article of someone who took SN and his fingernails and lips turned very blue - they even included a picture and it was unmistakeable. Perhaps I am mistaken

I've been considering that. Sit there with the rope around your neck and once you lose consciousness you automatically lean forward and hang. Hopefully won't feel the unpleasantness of hanging then but I am worried I will be crawling to my bathroom in agony lol

In my case, I was going to sit in a tree, take the SN and let the rope do the rest. I believe that this could be a very reliable method.

True, I suppose I was moreso just wondering if anyone familiar with the pharmacology of SN and its effects could take advantage of this knowledge in terms of identifying potential potentiators.

I know the guide states 'painkillers' can be recommended, and I assume that also pertains to opiates. Obviously one would just need to make sure taking opiates doesn't -> feeling super high -> inability to take SN

That's a possibility, I've used my door handles but they are a bit low. So throwing ligature over top part of the bathroom door and then closing it is a better option I think

Cyanosis is a natural reaction to SN in the body. But it only makes your non-vital organs (fingers, lips, etc.) turn blue, cyanosis doesn't occur to the central body (chest and abdominal) areas where the important organs are there.

If a person dies by hanging, their body will slowly turn blue as well, because of their failed liver. I actually forgot the medical term for this condition. Read that thread. Cyanosis only happens to non-vital organs of your body.

I saw medical emir report earlier today, guy survived but blue lips and fingertips, not sure about the rest but from what I could see the rest was normal
