Could I go through with a checklist with y'all?
Plenty of SN check
Vogalib Anti Emetic check although I don't know the amount I should take
Bromazolam suggested by the PPEH under SN supplements I think. I don't think that site sells it anymore I think I lucked out on this one.
Mortar and Pestle for it cuz it came it pellets and PPEH suggested 200mg of it but it came in 3mg pellets so I have to crush em not even kidding I need to crush 67 of those pellets to get 200mg.
750ml water bottle probably enough right?
Should I get some palette cleanser I was thinking of getting some vodka or something like that to swish and spit my mouth with afterwards.
I'm a little confused on the timeline on the PPEH because they say you should take the SN first then the Benzo but like wouldn't it be smart to take it a couple minutes before hand and it didn't even include how much water you should use for it.
And of course a big bag with all my memorabilia cause I ain't doing it in the "comfort" of my own "home".

I'd add antacid and paracetamol to the protocol as well. It might help with any potential discomfort.

How much benzos do you plan to take - just a small amount to relieve anxiety and reduce pain, or a massive overdose to knock yourself out?

IMHO, the timeline in the PPEH regarding benzos is nonsense: Contrary to what's stated in the PPEH, both forum reports and medical theory suggest that it's not a question of whether you'll vomit, but when.

If you take the benzos after the SN, the benzos are the first thing you'll vomit up. Then, a slow-acting benzo will kick in way too late anyway.

If you take a massive dose of benzos with water, the question is whether that bitter-tasting swill triggers vomiting on its own.

Are antacids and "Paracetamol" recommended? I don't know a regular dosage of the "Benzo" Bromazolam but I mean PPEH did suggest 200mg which is probably too much but so did the "SN Bible" suggest taking 20x30mg which seems like overkill for 600mg. That guide also suggested that "antacids" might just not work so it's not recommended? I didn't know I could take both Painkiller and a "benzo" together. Thought one of them might just have been enough. There's this thing in the stores called "Panadol Duo" which is a combination of ibuprofen and paracetamol should I buy that or stick with ibuprofen.
