Hi there, my SN just came from DMC and it's all solid, not in powder form at all. How to deal with that please?

From other posts I assume it's because it's vacuum sealed. Mine arrived exactly same way but I've not opened it so still feel like a solid block

When you open the package if it's vacuumed sealed as I've also read on here. Unsealing it will release the pressurised air and it will be powder then. The air is holding in the compressed cube form.
