Help sn benzo dose

So I've been posting a lot about this but I still didn't find an answer.
HOW MUCH benzos are recommended?? Why does the sn bible thread says like 80mg? That's A LOT people get knocked out with just like 3mg (if they never used it before).
Is the point to have an overdose? Because that could really mess up with taking the sn correctly.
Please can someone answer me… I know this varies from person to person, but the guides are really confusing.

Also, this is another question, I have been taking 3mg of Xanax all at a time for one week. The first time it was to try if it knocked me out (and it did), the other times I didn't feel anything close to the first time. Tolerance builds really fast. So let's say that I am attempting in a month, will my tolerance be gone by that time? How much would I need?

When I was considering this method I've seen vast doses mentioned (way, WAY) more than 80mg - we're talking 600-1200mg. That would effectively knock out a Rhino. I was told to do tests to access tolerance, but of course that builds tolerance and with Benzos difficult to source here I'd soon run out.

i just meant the doses of benzos haha
i spent awhile lurking threads with most views, and a lot of them lay out everything they took including the dose of benzos

I man still new to lurking on here… When I got introduced to SaSu, I thought it was like any old forum page I went through as a teen. Do you just search 'benzo' or 'SN'; method or source, and it loads with the dates that were added?

I'm thinking of just going about the size if 1200mg .

How were you able to get that much amount of benzos? Is it really needed to be that much? I've read people say it's just needed 10mg… and if you take that much it has to be at the same time as the sn, right? Because you will be knocked out in seconds… idk wouldn't those large quantities mess up with the method? Like vomiting and having convulsions? Idk I'm so scared…

I think you can buy them and perhaps mix them up by the two types of them, diazepam or xanax, but it depends on how you count them.

I don't have them yet, but I know where to get to me, but their a bit expensive but they're real.

Also, it depends on your body weight, your genetics, your build, your system, and your conditions. I don't throw up for some reason and it's pretty hard for me too, but I will be knocked up anyways from my heart condition; and I want to not feel anything… I feel pain very badly so it could go into how I react to the pain levels, as I'm not as strongly resilient to pain and have moderate pain tolerance and my anxiety is mostly related to per pressure, feeling alone (a psychological pain), and profermance anxiety, like imagine school or something and taking an exam and feeling like you'll do bad. I get numb by things easily but I do react and feel the emotions through me and feel all types of psychological anxiety that builds in my body through stress that makes me not sleep, eat too much, nervous eat, have hallucinations a little, want a distraction, wanna off myself, and just… stuff… has always been an issue of mine sadly.

Yeah, i would definitely require this type of dose.
