SN.... Bare with

So many threads about SN, but I am simple, I can't find it on the recent UK action site, despite a few PMs of recent telling me its there,
Secondly, doing search on this site, i see so many taking pills before hand, is this needed? Pills I cannot swallow, just ain't gonna happen, surely there is away around this?
I've always wanted to jump, my preferred option, but right now, if I can get SN sent to another address this may work easier, if it wasn't for those damn pills I see everywhere.
I am not looking to finally do my last attempt until Mid to end of april, pushing to mid may latest, I want this right,
Third serious attempt has to be the one that means no come back, so whilst I know SN is discussed a lot, and many will say read XYZ thread, bare with, and trust I have done all research so far, but some points confuse me, and I need clarification direct to myself rather then to others :)

Hey. Not sure where to get the SN in UK. But I wanted to tell you that :


The other pills are not required. But they increase the chance of success and increase comfort. Basically,the meto is a dopamine blocker that makes it less likely you'll throw it up. The acid reducer, helps the ratio of sn to reach where needed to effect the blood. So antacid(like pepto), antiemetic(meto), and sn are the 3 really important meds. The others listed,such as propranolol, are just for comfort and have nothing to do with effectiveness. Propranolol helps with blood pressure(for comfort) and the anxiety meds are to help you go through with it.
