I'm just fasting 8 hours. Ive got Tagamet and ibuprofen but that's it. I took a trazadone and klonepine at 8 tho.

It's not an easy decision to make. Many of us have been in your shoes and not been able to go through with it. It really takes a lot of guts and being in exceptional pain and agony to CTB.

Be kind to yourself and give yourself the time and space you need.
