Help SN arrived in brick form

I ordered SN and it arrived as a hard yellowish brick, I thought it's supposed to be a powder? Do I just shave some of it off of the brick or what? It's 500 grams so I don't know if ordering a large amount caused this or what, I haven't seen any posts about it being a brick. Here's a picture of it in the bag it came in.

If there are no anti-caking agents in it, then it can congeal together like this. Mine has in the past stuck together like that. I've never seen a huge single brick of it but I think it's normal for it to stick together due to the temp or something

That's the way mine came cos it was vacuum sealed. Apparently it won't hurt the integrity of the SN. Just makes it harder to weigh l suppose
