Sn- antiemetic question

if using Zyprexa as the antiemetic for SN can we follow the 48hr regime or do we have to be taking it as our regular medication? not sure if the question makes sense, but I know the guide says that if we're on zyprexa it'll work and that it would work as an antiemetic, but what if you're not on it and just take it to ctb

Efectivamente, la Olanzapina sirve como antihemético a tu dosis habitual... Yo añadiría varias dosis de Propanolol durante las últimas horas antes de tomar SN... Para prevenir una aceleración muy importante del ritmo cardíaco y evitar el pánico importante de este síntoma. .. Busque info... SALUDOS
