  • Hey Guest,

Today, OFCOM launched an official investigation into Sanctioned Suicide under the UK’s Online Safety Act. This has already made headlines across the UK.

This is a clear and unprecedented overreach by a foreign regulator against a U.S.-based platform. We reject this interference and will be defending the site’s existence and mission.

In addition to our public response, we are currently seeking legal representation to ensure the best possible defense in this matter. If you are a lawyer or know of one who may be able to assist, please contact us at [email protected].

This is recommended as a sedative as part of the protocol in Stan's Guide, but it looks like I won't be able to get this. Are there certain alternatives that people would recommend?

i dont know much about the sedative needed for sn regime but
in my country i can buy chamomile tea, they are Very cheap ~50cents/ 1/2$ per 50 bags. i did cut open 5 bags, and just tossed the fine powderish tea directly with some water, i find it very sedative, kinda like valium. it also feels better i find.. not sure if this helps or if this might be an alternative, but it really reduces anxiety and makes me very sleepy, maybe worth a try if this doesn't counteracts.. there are many different sedatives that you could use if they dont interact with sn in a bad way.
i easily got valium(not sure if this is the right sedative you need), i just had to mention that i have panic attacks often and i gota pretty big stack of them.. maybe you could drop a few+ caffeine and pretend youre anxious, so it might look like a pending panic attack or sort of

Not knowing what country you are in, i don't know what to recommend that you can get over the counter, without a prescription that is.

However, some things i know you can get without a prescription in Europe are:

VALERIAN ROOT
This is a natural remedy you can get either in capsules or as a liquid. If you get the liquid, beware as the taste is very strong. I recommend taking it with chocolate or something similar to suck on.

CODEINE
This is an opiate that's often included in pain medicine with paracetamol. It should calm down your heartbeat and breathing.

DRAMAMINE OR DIPHENHYDRAMINE
These are allergy medications. The first is also used for motion sickness. Don't take too much as they can cause hallucinations.

I hope this helped somewhat. Love, Charlotte

Where are you located? Are you in the EU?

Would promethazine work? Doctors would have no issues prescribing that. You can also get it from some sites

Zopiclone, eszopiclone or zolpidem (ambien). They're good alternatives for benzos and are the doctor's alternative. They do all have shorter half lives than many benzos but honestly it's not a big issue imho. They're a prescription drug though so you may have the same issue as with the benzos. Really depends on why you can't get benzos. Doctors will prescribe Z drugs in preference over benzos thoufh so your chances may be better.

Both benzos and Z drugs are purchasable on dark net markets. They're pretty pricey in the US though. Certainly compared to EU anyway.

The other option is research chemicals. There are benzo analogues but they're all pretty much illegal now too. Easier to obtain depending on the channels used though. If you have a head shop nearby you could try your luck for something under the counter.

Check the site named erowid for info on different substances. It has accounts posted by people that used them too. You're looking for a sedative or hypnotic sedative.
