I have recently gave up the idea of a successful cbt. They are too unreliable/difficult and I can't commit to a full hanging. Now I am just living as unhealthy as possible. As in no exercise (bed bound), unhealthy diet, smoking as mich cigs a day (even tho I'm anhedonic and can't feel substances properly). I know depression and mental issues shortens lifespan as well. I am planning on inhaling butane daily and hope for eventual early death.
Will this work?
Any other ideas?
I am also considering daily intake of a high quantity of salt.
Thoughts?

The pain will be unimaginable and you're most likely going to get shipped off to the hospital by a wellness check. The chance of permanent non life threatening damage to your body will rise significantly and it definitely isn't guarantied to kill you.
This is just another method, but even less reliable.

Overweight smokers can make it to 70. However, they constantly have breathing problems and poor sleep from smoking. They have constant knee, hip, back, and joint pain from being overweight. They can develop diabetes also and live with all of the issues from that. Chronic high blood pressure can kill kidneys and lead to a new need for weekly dialysis. I think this sounds like a great way of destroying the quality of your remaining years of life. I would rather be healthy as a horse and wait for the day I can carry through with it than pile on the misery of a bunch of health problems on top of my already existing depression.
