on so many fucking meds that don't work
they just make me sleepy
too sleepy to think
was that their goal?
make me too tired for suicide
just a empty child holding on by a thin thread?
death is beautiful
i can still tell you that
the end of falling to be met with peace.
wouldn't that be something.

Ugh I know what it's like to be on so many medications with drowsiness as a side effect. It's... tiresome. Haha... No but really it does make life more difficult the more you stack on. Especially when they're not having the desired effects and helping to adequately manage the conditions they've been prescribed for. I still feel suicidal quite often but I know my medicine helps me apply the brakes easier and take more time to think through what's causing me to feel this way. May I ask if you've brought up your concerns with the prescribing physician? If that's not an option you can ask your pharmacist to review the medications you're on. I hope your having a peaceful night

Not from meds, but yeah. I'm just trying to work on suicide prep bit by bit since it comes and goes. I can only imagine how trapped you must feel if it's neverending due to meds.

I'm no longer on meds because none of them work for me , or just make me feel worse.
I'm very sleepy most of the time though due to chronic depression.

I don't know your specific situations, but you can try to slowly taper off the meds if you don't like feeling like this.
