Another sleepless night.
Awake for over 20 hours again.

I tried to sleep, put my phone away, but it just doesn't work.
My mind won't shut down and my head is my worst enemy.

My eyes and my body, both tired.
At some point, I'm so tired that I just fall asleep sitting at the computer.
I don't want to take sleeping pills every day. They often don't even work for me.

Anyway, don't mind me. Just venting about myself and my wonderful "sleep".

Today is New Year's Eve, but I'm alone as usual.
My goal for the new year: to finally die.

Have you tried melatonin supplement ? It works for me. I don't like taking sleeping pills because it an be addictive.
I'm alone too today (like everyday). I hate this period of the year.

Recenlty I've also been having problems with sleeping. It takes a long time to fall asleep (I also go to bed late) and I wake up very early without feeling refreshed. I'm tired of this. It feels like I will only be abel to get enough sleep after I die.

Not yet. Maybe I should give it a try, thank you. ♥️
Start slow they should. make you drowsy pretty likely, I don't take them because they give me like fever dreams all night so I never feel like I slept actually. They take like up to an hour to fully work.

Team sleepless here too. Years of chronic insomnia. Melatonin works but from my experience it doesn't work all the time. The body becomes tolerant to it way too quickly . Lately ive been taking zopiclone but its habit forming and isnt a good feeling natural sleep. Its another reason why I cant wait to die, so I can finally have some decent sleep

This. I'm always tired no matter how much sleep I get. It feels like I can fall asleep at any moment of the day. Like what's the point of anything if you're always tired?
