I can't sleep, always thinking or dream the girl i love and how i ruined everything..

Around 5 hours, the problem is i wake up everytime after 1/2 hour or something

Yeah I can't sleep either. Always thinking about my wife and if there is any hope. Laying in a cal king bed alone is heartbreaking. Sleeping pills don't quiet my mind anymore. Didn't sleep at all Tuesday into Wednesday.
