I have begun experimenting with sleeping pills. I tried one and it gave me a small feeling of euphoria as it relaxed my muscles. Every night I will take more. What is the most powerful sleep aid you can buy?

There are a lot of types such as benzos, Clonazepam, Alprazolam, Diazepam which are good for a few days. There's also some antidepressants that helps sleep like trazodone and quetiapine. Antihistamines also helps a little, since the side-effects make you sleepy.

The most powerful would depend on your body and it would probably be barbiturates, which are no prescribed anymore.

I wouldn't recommend trying to ctb with sleeping pills or something. It won't work and you will suffer from non-lethal breathing problems and severe headaches.

We do have stories like Marilyn Monroe and Heather Ledger, but it's was a bit different and there was other drugs involved.

I understand that and I'm really sorry for you.

But this way you take away any hope and chance that it could get better again and these drugs may also take away your dignity as a human being.

My situation is no better.
But drugs - any drugs - only make it worse and change our character.
I would like to die at least in such a way that I can still look at myself in the mirror.

Marijuana is very ancient medicine. Queen Victoria used it for her period cramps. People have used it for 1000s of years. It is prescribed for anxiety etc in some states in America.

Relying on MJ - I do that myself. It's my very best friend. Without it, my life would be utter hell with depression and agitation. With it, I can sometimes have a good day. It also helps me talk and relate to people (I think I have some autism, and it is good for autism).

As for depending on MJ and alcohol - well this is just the reality of living with either difficult circumstances or mental illness.

I generally depend on MJ, but the other week my anxiety was terrible and I started the day with vodka.

None of us would do this if we had better brain chemistry!!!

I think what I'm trying to say is that there is no need to shame anyone for what we need to do to get through the day.

@Krossクロス do be careful with sleeping pills though. They might stop working. Don't have them every day if you can help it. I haven't tried them yet. I have used small bits of valium for insomnia and I also find MJ can help me sleep.

That's nice for you to feel this way as far as it being important for you not to do this. Many people hate themselves and don't enjoy mirrors. If you don't want to do drugs then don't.

Drugs wouldn't change my character. I have no character. You're talking to the person telling them that by doing drugs they are 'taking away any hope of getting better'. It sounds like your situation is better- you have hope.

I've heard Ambien is good for sleep. It requires a perscription.

And every person has a character - whether you want to look at it positively or negatively.

Are you talking about Michael Jackson? He was a very disturbed person.

I'm sorry to hear you lost everything- I can relate. This person posting is saying they are experimenting with sleeping pills. I think you're under the assumption that they can get perscriptions for the good/hard stuff. That's an unknown. Warning them is fine, but bringing up things like dignity, hope and character and looking at one's self in the mirror is unneeded and judgemental.

Also recently there's a new one they made in bar form that's stupidly potent called Flubrotizolam but getting research chemical benzos depends on the laws of your country.

Sighs..damn. why is this so damn hard? I just want a way that doesn't involve a huge red mess
