Hi! Would it be possible to instead take an acid regulator and antiemetics before SN, to just take some sleeping pills?

Im new here and asked a similar question about using Temazepam, seems fine but the whole point in antiemetics from what I understand already is to stop you vomiting up the solution which can happen while you were out so sleeping pills or not they are pretty essential in the process... even more so if you are out already and unable to ingest a second dose i would assume!

Hmm I see thanks your insight on this! Just the other 2 requirements I mentioned above are quite more tedious to obtain from where I'm from, which is why I'm looking for a cheap alternative

Bump would like to know this too. I'm thinking about doing it with just plain water though. It'll be uncomfortable but that's what the cuffs are for lol

no worries, as i said i only joined last night so just learning myself but i think if and when one does make the decision its something you really want to get right first time... firstly its going to be pretty traumatic to actually go through with and if you fail then its going to much harder with authorities, family etc on your case next time so cutting corners to save a few poundd that you wont even have when you are gone is pointless... ive only had a little search and they arent really expensive..
i just feel as mentioned limiting the chance as much as possible of throwing it all up is pretty essential in the whole process so trying it without is setting you up for a whole lot more pain, trauma and complications going forward if that does happen!

Cuffs won't stop you throwing it up... im not here to help people in their attempt but definitely don't like the thought of people messing up and just creating even more problems in their already clearly throubled lives!

Antiemetics are the most highly recommended drugs to take for SN. Without it, you'd need to stay conscious anyways so you can take a backup glass for when you vomit. Also vomiting can still occur even after taking an antiemetic, which is why it's recommended to make backup glasses even when you have antiemetics. It's also advised by some to not try to make yourself black out before SN's symptoms kick in, just in case if you vomit while unconscious. You won't be able to take the backup glass if you're still unconscious.

You can always take a couple of painkillers and benzos (only a couple of benzos, not too much to make you black out) to make the process more comfortable and less unpleasant.

Wouldn't sleeping pills work with SN either way even if you throw up? Since if the sleeping pills are strong enough, you'd just choke on your vomit?

You're kind of leaving it to chance that you get vomit trapped in your throat or lungs, when you could vomit the whole stuff out just fine.

Plenty of people have vomited in their sleep or while they were unconscious and didn't CTB. I should know, I was one of them (it happened when I overdosed on alcohol and Nytol). Trying to CTB from choking on your own vomit is incredibly unreliable.

Damn, thanks to all your insights on this, just trying to find a way around the antiemetic part since where I'm from, it ain't OTC. At the same time trying to get this as smooth as possible without any external interference. I could ask my friends around if by any chance they're taking the AE recommended, but I don't want to give them any ideas on what I'm planning.

I tried OD'ing on sleeping pills years ago. I vomited it all up in my sleep and didn't choke on it. So, that's not a guarantee.
