Skincare regimens

Anyone else have a skincare routine? I am absolutely terrible at keeping up with routine personal care stuff like this but trying to start up again. If I do nothing else in a day I can at least feel good about rubbing some creams on my face, which is.... something I guess.

Right now my routine looks like

AM

- Cleanser (I use "clean it zero original cleansing balm" from Banila co, it's really nice!)
- CeraVe moisturizer with SPF
- Hyaluronic acid
- Vitamin c serum
- Sunscreen (I use the Japanese biore brand, which is also super nice)

PM

- Moisturizer
- Niacinamide
- 0.05 tretinoin as much as my skin tolerates it, usually every other day

- prescription cream (niacinamide, zinc pyrithione, clindamycin)

i need to renew the cream though cuz i just realized it's expired

Cleansing wipe
Moisturiser.

The bare minimum basically and, only because my face is all dry and/ or spotty without it. Anyone played 'Echo the Dolphin' growing up? (A computer game.) The dolphin had a ring of stars on their head. I'm likely an ugly version with spots on my forehead!
