Help Simple Ideas

I am 22 years old and my plan with SN was ruined, I got AE and Benzos but couldn't get the SN now I'm looking for a simple way but I'm struggling to find a decent one. Thought about hanging but sounds a bit complicated for me .

I live alone in my own apartment so being found isn't a concern for me also I managed to keep some money so that's isn't a problem too.
