There is not much information about continuing with anorexia as a form of suicide, but I am strongly inclined to adopt a slim lifestyle, if possible dying in a way related to it.

What guides me is to follow this practice as a form of revenge, binge eating was a factor that harmed me a lot in life, it was a response to traumatic events and absolutely no one in my life made a point of providing support that identified this behavior as a side effect.

If I die from side effects, it is not a problem, what is bothering me is that the progress of eating less and less is very difficult, I use psychological techniques such as imagining that the food is rotten, or it will be trapped in my body for weeks as fat, but many times this behavior escapes me.

Another way is to imagine what an anime character I admire would be like eating that food, or with me there at the meal. She would eat practically nothing, the caloric sum of all the meals added together would be around 600 calories, something that I am only consuming in the form of snacks.

Does anyone know of any interesting methods to reduce appetite? I don't want to go days without eating, I just want to eat less with the right incentive.

This is the only place I'm allowed to talk about it 😮‍💨

It's called VSED. I have tried it, and it's not very effective. You would be surprised to find out just how much our bodies can withstand. To be able to reduce your weight low enough to adopt a "slim lifestyle" you are still going to need to eat calories and drink water, just less of it. Both will elongate your life. If you were to stop both cold turkey long enough, you're A. Probably going to survive and B. If lucky, die fat. I hit the 83 lbs mark and survived, but now have a permanent heart arrhythmia and was taken to the hospital. I also have some other complications that just generally make functioning more difficult. While not as extreme, I like to think of it as getting brain damage from missing a bullet to your head. Bad attempt, didn't die. Now I get to live with the problems. Also, C. It's one the most noticable form of mental illness, I find people can and will say something if you're just dropping LBS out of no where. I don't know your age, but you sound younger. Younger folks are easier to put in the looney bin to be force fed, which, yes, does happen.

If you're a binge eater, it is significantly less effective and you're likely to lock yourself in a binge/restrict cycle if you can tolerate eating 600 calories a day. It also sounds like you're trying to induce Anorexia, which is... A choice, especially if you're not looking to go days without eating and are looking just to eat less. Go on a normie diet or go ahead with your plan, but know it's not effective and will take years to get to a place where you're actually doing any sort of damage to yourself.

As someone who'd dealt with anorexia, and has friends who's dealt with it in a more health threatening degrees: You're extremely unlikely to die, you're just gonna suffer and potential develop a bunch of pretty bad health issues, that might end up killing you, but it's going to take absolutly forever to do so.

Thank you for the tips, it is very inspiring. The idea is to take advantage of depression and make it manifest in the way I believe is appropriate.

As my depression gets worse or better, I want the side effects to be present in my physical form. If I reach a critical level of mental condition, I prefer my body to accompany this condition so that my family and friends see my condition as a form of warning. If I need to hang myself, it is clear to the people around me that my psychological state was visibly critical for some time and that my death was not an impulsive and immature act.

I am thirty years old, I have no one who encourages me to eat except my wife, and I do not have friends close enough to see me daily. If you have any mindset tricks that can help with this, I weighed 130 kg, now 75 kg, I am 168 cm tall and I think I am still very fat. Getting over obesity was relatively easy, but getting into a state of anorexia is being extremely difficult.

As a fun fact, this is the only accepted method of suicide in Hinduism.

Amphetamines are a great way to keep you from eating for a couple of days.

You're currently overweight, but you were obese. You've lost some weight. I think it is possible if you had the willpower, but I think you would find getting to an underweight category to be extremely difficult if you had struggled with BED or binge eating. Fat people lose weight quicker. Heavier bodies lose calories quicker because they're heavier. You're effectively lifting more weights as you're taking each step. The less you weigh, the less you're burning, and the less you can eat to maintain or lose weight. You're going to find it harder to lose weight at 75kg than 130kg and progress is going to be slower.

What does your diet look like now? You have a couple of different options, but you would probably do better dieting like a normie and then readjusting when you're a normal BMI. Also, who do you live with and do you have children? This sounds stupid but it matters.

Also, I encourage you not to traumatize your loved ones with your passing. It's you're choice, but leaving them with thoughts like "I could have done something...the signs were so clear, they lost so much weight...etc" Is pretty mean, because we're all just sick. Unless these are "friends" and "family", then I get it. Or are you maybe wanting someone to save you?? I don't get it

Also like @eljuicioporlaestafae meth will get you there quick LOL, and if you were planning on CTB because of your low body weight you'll probably have to overdose on something. I tried alcohol.
