Greetings, was thinking about CTBing via Night-Night or Full-suspension method as I can't seem to get my hands on any antiemetics or SN. Although, what are the side effects if I get saved, SI kicks in, or fail (with chances of happening if possible)? I don't really want to turn into a vegetable if I do fail.

if you get saved/fail before you are braindead you could suffer a lot of brain damage. This is always the risk with these types of methods unfortunately. It's probably a risk with basically all methods, to be honest, people like to say SN doesn't carry this risk but even with that method there's probably a small chance you could get brain damage if saved at just the wrong moment.

Thanks, do you know how long it takes to reach a braindead state? Is it right after you are unconscious or a little longer?

It's longer, it takes the brain awhile to die after you go unconscious, can't remember the exact timings. Look up the hanging megathreads, there should be info there

The key to success is planning. Get the setup correct and make sure you are alone for at least 30 minutes or more.

Also don't practice hanging either. Because some people have done that and never felt the same even if they didn't lose consciousness
