Method should i take SN before attempting to CTB with the night-night method?

im fairly sure that i want to CTB via the night-night method but im having a hard time making myself pass out by just pressing on my carotid arteries with my fingers so i thought taking SN before doing it would be a good idea just in case its not enough to kill me. thoughts?

also if anyone has any tips on how i could ensure that the night-night method does work i would be thankful if you commented that.

I personally wouldn't do it because the SN method often (even with antiemetics included) induces vomiting. The combination of a tightly pressed neck and vomiting would be an extremely unpleasant experience

ah yea i didnt think of that. dang it i wish i could like fully ensure that i die because the night night method seems like the most comfortable way to do it

You don't have to do night-night. SN works alone. I think night-night method is overestimated. Members acually reported that there are few successful instances and it takes longer.
