Seems that ligature strangulation and partial hanging both aim to block your carotid arteries and cause fainting in a few seconds to a few minutes. I'm trying it today. Hope it works. Otherwise, I am jumping from approximately a 10 meter height.
We don't have the right to make decisions for you but I would heavily advise against a 10 meter drop. Statistically from that height, there is a high chance of you surviving with injuries that would make your quality of life considerably worse. Furthermore, a failed attempt would likely make it harder to try again.
Please reconsider. If you are set on jumping is there any higher options available? The last thing we'd want would be more suffering for you.
