Help Should I leave a message/letter

I'm planning on hanging myself soon. I already know that my last attempt would've been successful if I hadn't been found. I'll just find the right time and that's all but I don't know if I should leave a message to my friends and boyfriend. I'm scared that they'll see the message before and try to "help". Last time I tried to hang myself I didn't leave any message so I don't know what I should do.

Sorry about what you're going through

If you want to leave a message but are worried someone might see it, you could write it in an email and schedule it to be sent at a later date of your choosing. I think most email platforms have the ability to do that.
