should i get benzo's for sn

i know this is a dumb question so im sry but im seeing my psychiatrist on monday i could ask him for benzos to deal with anxiety i do have an anxiety disorder and im planning on ctbing soon and so my anxiety has been noticeably higher. i obviously cant tell my psych im gonna ctb and my anxiety has been higher but do u guys think i should get the benzos and will they help with lowering my anxiety levels leading up to the ctb. idk if im gonna use benzos while ctbing tho because im too lazy to crush the benzos but do u guys think it would help all the way up to that point atleast

If you have high anxiety, be sure to use a benzo before SN because your SI will be extremely strong. Benzo helps with that.

You can't CTB with just benzos it's just an anxiety reliever.

oh no i typed it wrong i meant usually you're supposed to make a benzo drink and drink it before drinking sn right so ur anxiety goes down i was asking if i could just take the pill instead of making the benzo drink since im lazy
also will it help me in the days leading up to the ctb since my anxiety is gonna be really high

It is possible, but it is more effective and faster if the tablets are crushed in water.

Your body cannot fight SN if you follow protocol and don't call for help.
