Discussion Shining's guide to tying a rope

This is a shirt from the depressive black metal band Shining. How accurate do you think these steps are? It looks like bullshit to me, but someone else said their intention is to actually drive people into hanging themselves (the band is historically pro-suicide).

Hey man; it seems you're not shadow banned. I saw your post! I clicked on it because I'm a fan of Shining lol. In regards to the shirt, I think the knot works. I'm not a knot expert, but it looks similar to a slipknot, which I use when I tie my nooses. When you hang yourself that knot will probably constrict around your neck, cutting blood flow to the brain quickly.

That should work. It's different from a hangman's knot, but it seems like it'd still work as a self-tightening noose.
