I damn near fainted the first time I heard this song, and the second time as well. But it's now arguably my favorite song in existence.
It's not about suicide, but it's about death. It's worth a listen, but the TL;DR (TL;DL?) is that a soldier jumps from a plane, his parachute fails, and the results are what you'd expect. The last couple of verses are pretty graphic.
Anyway, that song inspired me to (hopefully) CTB by that exact method, except in my case it wouldn't be an accident. What a fun way to die, and I hope it makes quite the mess for whoever has to clean it up.
I'm not going into the military any time soon, I don't want to fight for the American imperialist dogs, but even if I did, I doubt they'd accept someone who plans on ending their life. I'd probably just have to take up skydiving as a hobby, which won't happen because it's an expensive hobby, and once allowed to do a solo jump, "forget" to open the parachute.
Fuck, who am I kidding? That won't happen. I don't know the cost of one jump, but it's gotta be expensive, and I'm pretty sure this country requires you to have 25 tandem jumps before you do a solo jump. I don't have the money for that. Much easier to just blow my head off.
Anyway, even if jumping out of a plane is just a pipe dream for me, this song does somewhat ease my nervousness whenever CTB comes to mind. I'd probably be laying there in unbearable agony for a minute or two, but after that, no more suffering ever again. It'd be worth it in the end.
