Government services like the dmv are actually running pretty smoothly these days which really shocked me.
Me agrees with you, I was pleasantly surprised with the DMV given the trying times of the Covid.

Covid is a convenient excuse to not have to better myself.
To better myself would take an extreme amount of effort and given past personal history wouldn't make a bit of difference in the outcome of my life.
