Help Self Harm help

Hi everyone!

So…today I had a pretty bad mental breakdown and ended up self harming.

The problem is that I cut too deep than I usually do, and I'm a bit scared now because I don't know how to take care of it, and I have no one to ask for help.

Does anyone have any recommendations? I don't want it to get infected or something…thanks!
