I first discovered u can witness the feeling of passing out and that peaceful vibes from pressing on ur carotids. Since hanging was on my mind I wanted to see if this method was for me or not

I did that n got addicted to it. Doing it 4-5 times a day. And after 3-4 days whenever I pressed I wud get full blown seizures for abt 5 seconds. And yeah it just occurs when I compress the carotids. Now I never really get that good feeling of blacking out anymore. I also have constant shaking hands from strangling myself. Tho the hand tremors are subtle. But yeah

I'm so confused. Just how to black out n not get seizures. I practice partial btw. If any one has heard abt this, I'd love to hear ur insights. Pls help me out if u can. Again thanks for reading :)

are you saying you have permanent "side effects" (for a lack of a better term) after having recreationally been making yourself black out?

Please be careful and stay safe.
I know it feels good, but erotic asphyxiation is a thing for a reason and a lot of people have accidentally died from it when all they wanted was to have a hell of an orgasm.
I currently stopped practicing because I already figured the right spot, but it took me a bunch of times to get it right and I can already feel the damage of all the times I got it wrong, and I don't care for it.
Depriving our brains from oxygen comes with a price, you know. I wouldn't want anyone to suffer even more just because they wanted to get that good feeling again.

Ahh yes. Until now I have those hand tremors. I try to press on my carotids again I just can't. My hands shake too much. I've been on a medication recently so maybe that helped in eliminating the tremors. I can do normal day to day things without a problem anyways. But yeah I just physically can't press on the carotids now
Please be careful and stay safe.

I am not suffering or such. I like the tremors. The shakiness feeling. Feeling weak or a lil off balance or shaky. The sad part is I can't press on my carotids without getting past the seizure thing. And in the seizure I get so shaky. Like I automatically withdraw the neck from pushing down on the noose
And I can't die on purpose 😭
Same hereee😭😭😭

If you're only practicing you shouldn't go past the seizure part. I assume you're holding the other end of the rope in your hand, so when you feel like you're going to pass out you should let it go. Again, it's addicting for a reason.
If you're not suffering now that's great and you're probably keeping it safe enough. I'm just saying all of this as someone who often gets dizzy as it is and the practice made it much worse. All I can say that ending up needing stitches or something even more serious because you randomly passed out again is no fun. Sorry if I sound like a grandma lol
