Help Scheduled Texts(?)

Does anyone know a list of applications to do scheduled messages? Is there a way to do it on Apple SMS(?) I don't have my family's or really anyone's email, but I have phone numbers & Discord/Snapchat. It would be out of character for me to ask for peoples' emails.

I think there is a way with WhatsApp + another third party app but I'm not sure as I've never tried it myself.
