I have a friend who is going to die in a few hours. After ten years relying on others and living in pain, without the use of his arms or his legs, he decided he couldn't do it anymore. A gruelling twelve-hour flight took him to a far-off land so that he could have a peaceful end to his life of suffering. He is my hero. Sweet dreams.
