At least you don't have to taper your benzos before you ctb. Tapering benzos and alcohol is part of the N protocol as laid out in the PPeH. Whether you consider this a bug or a feature is of course up to you . For me, I'm not sure if my urge to ctb will diminish once I sober up . Not drinking for a few weeks is no biggie for me, but tapering my benzo of choice sure is.

Also, the Exit International website has started selling nitrite test kits. This might tell us something about the peacefulness of SN.

That I understand. What I mean to say is that, if they are selling test kits for it, they probably consider it at least a somewhat peaceful method. They aren't selling test kits for bleach and the like.

SN is a pretty good method.

I don't drink or take any drugs. I wish I did. I think I'd want to CTB less if I did.

I will probably give up from my ctb attempt if I don't choose the stat dose regimen. I don't think I can keep my survival instinct at control for hours.

That's the biggest disadvantage of SN.
