I need help for SN protocol.
So I just found some meto ( metonia) out of nowhere. My mom still had them from her post surgery care . I know where to get SN ( will order soon if my life keeps on getting worse ) .
Now I need to know what else I need ?
Is Tylenol enough for the third component?

check the expiration date on the Meto. if it's out of date, it may be less potent (though not by much if it's not too old. the US military uses expired drugs, so it's probably "good enough" to use still).
