Since the start of this year I began running. It all started because there was a race I was planning to go but it eventually evolved to a coping mechanism as my mental health deteriorated.
It is my alone time and it helps me to think less. I cannot spiral if I am actively fighting to survive a run. And I also got some progress that I can be kinda proud of :)
Just curious to know if anyone here also runs or does any other kind of exercise that helps in a similar way! :D
