Running out of time and Sn is still stuck as (In transit from Ukraine for 3 days)

I genuinely feel like the walls are closing in and Sn is my preferred method and I've got it all planned out. However it's been 5 days since I ordered the Sn and it's still stuck at (In Transit) on the Royal Mail site. Can someone offer me some advice?

It's gotten so out of hand I decided on impulse the take my Dads dilitaziem and losaratan and od on them before barely coming to my senses

Glad you didn't act impulsively <3 probably don't have great advice on the shipping anxiety because international stuff can just take time w/ couriers & customs without anything we can do... but saw others posting about similar concerns and always seemed to come thru in the end.
