Discussion Rock bottom?

What is rock bottom? Assumably it's as low as you can go but when are you there?
I'll have days where "this can't get any worse" and then 5+ more bad things will happen in the following 30mins forget the rest of the day.
I want to find the bottom so I can stop falling already.

In this life there is no limit as to how bad things can get. There is unlimited potential for suffering and that is why I want to be gone so much. Life scares me overall. Things will only get worse for me.

For me rock bottom is not being able to pay bills, having mental health issues that bring you down and not seeing any chance of getting better. Addictions that hook you up.

For others it can be chronic pain, breaking up with their SO, losing loved ones and other reasons, when you are at this place it's really hard to get out. I hope it can get better for you, and you can find a light at the end of the tunnel.

Ugh. I'm so sorry. I sure don't know where rock bottom is. Every time I think I'm there something happens and I learn about a whole other level of suckage.

Things can always be worse. There is no limit to how shit things can get.
Even as I lost the love of my life, I then lost our apartment, my career, and social circle. But I know it can get worse. I could lose my car, my SSI, EBT, my mother, or end up fully on the street to name a few big ones. Even if all of that happens, things can still go wrong after I am homeless in this city... endless possibilities. It can always be worse.
And I found my imagination is never as scary as the real thing.

By this perspective it seems my rock bottom would be my husband. A relationship I don't want to be in anymore that I don't feel I can get out of....

Trust me things will get not only worse but worse by factors you don't even imagine. There's a saying here. 'It doesn't just rain it pours' well this is true for life. In my personal life it's bad thing after bad thing after bad thing. Almost as if I'm cursed

Homeless or bed-ridden due to illness are what I consider rock bottom.

I think rock bottom is different for everyone. it sucks when you are there though
