Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

My SN is scheduled to arrive in a few days but my Metoclopramide might take some time. I have some leftover Risperidone from when I was briefly prescribed for ASD a couple of years ago. I have seen in Stan's / Vizzy's guide that dopamine antagonist antipsychotics can be used in place of anti emetics but it wasn't clear on the dose. Could anyone advise on a protocol for SN with Risperidone instead of Metoclopramide? Hopefully my Metoclopramide will arrive but I am worried about it getting seized at customs etc. so I want to have a backup plan incase that happens.

I found this paper on the subject https://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S0885392407002710 but it is for opioid induced nausea in cancer patients. Sorry if this has been asked before; my account is new so I can't search yet it seems.
