How do you think we can make "Right To Die" a reality across the world in all countries?

The legislation around this is focused on terminally ill people. After that passes in a country the question of how that applies to people that aren't terminally ill is explored.

That's what's taking place in Canada right now.

I don't think we can unfortunately. Sadly, most people are too selfish and deluded to accept suicide as being a valid option, they lack the awareness to recognise that existence is nothing more than an unnecessary harm and this is just the way that this horrible human species is. This society in general is so anti-suicide as the society needs slaves which is why people are brainwashed into believing that suicide is "irrational" rather than it being accepted for the logical option that it truly is.

And I just think the whole situation is becoming worse with reliable suicide method options like SN becoming more and more restricted, it's truly such a hellish world we exist in where people are expected to just be prisoners to this existence until they decay from old age. Existence is something so harmful where there is unlimited potential to experience extreme torture, so it's disgusting how humans are denied a peaceful, dignified death, it should be a basic human right, it's inhumane to force people to suffer against their wishes, not everyone wants to exist in the first place.

SoftWorries is correct, the countries that have legalized assisted suicide, voluntary euthanasia start off by legalizing it for the terminally ill before it starts to become viable for those who aren't terminally ill. Then after careful consideration of the cases, it's usage, and going through the motions (which can take many years of course), it may be tightened or loosened depending on how the consensus of the populace as well as those in charge of public policy (the institutions, the State, and more).

I think for those who want to die peacefully and with dignity, sadly, this may be true in the short term, especially like you said with limitations to peaceful means as well as the draconian crackdown and persecution of those who possess such substances and wish to die (relatively) peacefully. I would believe that over time (likely many years), however, for terminal illnesses, there would likely be more countries (not sure which ones) that would have assisted suicide on the books, but only for terminal illnesses before expanding it towards other conditions. I agree that it sucks that there aren't more countries that legalize it for people who really wish to go (for any reason or lack thereof), even in the countries with the most lax laws (Canada, Netherlands, Belgium, to name a few). There is just so much red tape and it is an arduous process to even get approved...
