Require Help regarding SN method

Hello All,
I am planning to ctb by the SN method (48hour regime or 4hours regime depends on the day itself)
I have a couple of questions to ask
I have both ondansetron as well as metoclopramide. According to Google, Ondansetron is a more effective for anti nausea, but Stan's guide recommended metoclopramide.
Since I have both, which and how much should I use?

How long before the SN drink should I take my Xanax and Proponolol?

stan's guide is better result but i think google is wrong about ondansetron. i would just stick to metoclopramide. if you want to know how much you should use, you have to do some number crunching with moles on your body weight and size .
the sn drink should be a short waiting period because it kills fast but xanax should be used right away. proponolol should come after.

Whatever you choose, please do research. There are many resources out there that can help you decide. It wouldn't be wise to just trust a random stranger's advice without doing your own research.

In the updated version of the PPEH it mentions using both is fine. I'm not sure why people don't recommend new users to read the ppeh as well.

It's the one from April. Regardless I'm taking both of them.
So what does the new one say do you mind screenshotting it for us? Did they ever mention anything about the antacids?
PN is always adding and changing things. That guy is really confusing. He doesn't even take the time to try to explain why he changes things either.

Oh and I agree about all the time changing things. I don't like the fact that we're now told to take a benzo AFTER the sn. Makes no sense to me.

So it doesn't even mention dry fasting for 2 hours before taking it. Is that the only information about what medications to take? I'll tell you he really makes it confusing.

JFC, I know it's mentioned in an optional way, but 20 units of oxazepam? Swallowing that many pills seems to me like it'd lead to vomiting on its own? Not to mention chugging all that extra water after carefully limiting SN dilution.

Yeah I actually made a post with a screenshot of the response from Philip explaining why they are no longer established but then again he really didn't go into depth about it he pretty much said that it will make you lose consciousness quicker by not taking it.

I understand that now you recommend taking propranolol instead of mixing it with sn right?

Most businesses that sell SN restrict themselves to only sell to other businesses (like universities, labs, butchers etc), a few though do sell to private addresses. Just make sure your shipping address and billing address match.
