Absolutely fuming
Got home from a few days away to find the report from my CMHT referral. They literally haven't listened to a word I've said. They have made stuff up about being bullied at school and that medications don't help, when I've said they made things decidedly worse.
They comment on you being calm and polite as being OK. They said I'm waiting for a referral to a wellbeing advisor (I said I've already got one.) Then to to it all they send me leaflets that suggest having a warm bath or going for a walk. Are they actually taking the piss? They have no fucking clue.
