How come reddit administrators bans all suicide subreddits (now they implemented a bot spamming prevention hotlines if anyone mentions I want to die anywhere)

However, certain types of suicide are well accepted and even available at the frontpage, with gold

Reddit isn't a serious platform. It takes a serious debate, and deplatforms the people whom are engaging in actual conversation, and instead replaces it with watered down 'reality news' and drama. This is just sickening. This is why I still get my news from RSS feeds, not reddit.

Maybe reddit only accept what is politically correct, which has little to do with what is actually correct.

Tbh, I have a hard time predicting what's going to be acceptable on Reddit. It differs a lot between subreddits, of course, but Reddit's pet topics are unusual. Pedophilia apologia and saying all women should be raped is fine, but not an open discussion of suicide? Boggles my mind, really.
