Do I need to go to red light district to get F or H anyone know a source? As in seller that is reliable?

Can't answer, there are many kind of red districts but I suppose the term is for sexual market, which red light district?
You just can't wander around and ask people on the street if they sell it, go ask your nasty friend irl pretending it's for recreational purpose. Probably dark web is better idea but also I have no clue how they operate without pol*ce tracking your IP address.

Unfortunately no. In Indonesia, usually the black immigrants have access to the drugs market and I don't know any of them.
