• Hey Guest,

We wanted to share a quick update with the community.

Our public expense ledger is now live, allowing anyone to see how donations are used to support the ongoing operation of the site.

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

Whew, I thought recovery would be simpler. But it takes a lot of work, doesn't it? It takes tremendous courage, humility, and vulnerability. It hurts; it's hard; it's empowering.
My birthday is coming up, and last year, at this time, I was in the throes of it. I had given up. Then this year, I got a bit ahead of myself. I planned too much and ended up cancelling all of it.
I've recognized that much of healing comes from being alone with ourselves and making peace with who we are. It starts there. There is an acceptance that must happen first. A love and respect for ourselves.
I know that sounds obvious, but it's not easy to do.
But, we must. We are worthy of love and respect, but we must give it to ourselves first.

In my case recovery is difficult I don't even know how to fix it even if it was possible. If there was a step by step method of fixing my issue things would be easier.

It is also hard to extremely hard to change habits that have been ingrained over time. It is extremely hard to deal with the discomfort associated with change. Also, when things go wrong in the process of recovery you tend to ask yourself whether it is worth the pain.

I think that it is important to remember recovery isn't a race either, everyone recovers at their own pace. Relapses are part of the journey too. these sayings have helped me I hope they help you too.

I wish you all the best in your journey
