Recovering from sh, baking instead

I don't want to cut and keep damaging my skin, especially since it's getting more risky these days. I'm going to attempt to reach past a month and bake for the time being.
I made pudding for valentine's day and everyone said I should start selling what I make, so I'll put all my focus towards that.

I've been trying to do the same thing, by the time I'm done baking I'm too tired to do anything else. I keep a list of things I want to make to try to keep my mind off hurting myself. It's worked so far, I hope it keeps working.

Good luck. I like to try and bake something once a week and try new things. People where I volunteer say I should bring some stuff up for them to taste, i'm not sure I'm confident enough yet though.
